Normal production time for stock caps is approximately two-weeks after sample-proof approval. For larger overseas orders the approximate time is 8 weeks for after approval.
A production sample-proof is required on all new orders. We charge for the sample production as a part of the total job and a deposit is necessary to start the process.
Embroidery orders require a 72pc minimum per style and color. Screenprinting orders require a 144pc minimum.
Artwork must be camera ready with specific instructions for any details including sizes and colors. If artwork is required we charge $50/hour. We can modify the size of a design to best fit the area unless specific instructions are provided. Send your design to: admin@yque.com as Photoshop PSD formatted or Illustrator EPS formatted files. Convert all fonts to paths so that you don't have to send the specific font that you are using.
We can work with customer provided embroidery files, but they must be in Tajima format. If we are required to edit the file/tape then appropriate charges will apply. All orders require the 50% deposit and balance upon shipment.
