We have reworked out custom t-shirt printing price list for the Spring 2014. Our strategy is that we may not have a sleek interface, but you can see a breakdown of our prices and decide for yourself if we have what you need. The t-shirts linked below are for printing and for custom t-shirt printing orders. You can order them blank if you are planning to print yourself or have these shirts printed. Artwork and setup cost are not included. Free Shipping over $200 for Blank T-shirts only, not custom t-shirt printing orders, use Coupon Code "BlankT" for blank t-shirt orders placed online only. Local pickup for t-shirt printing orders is available with advance notice in our Los Angeles store and in our Northern California location near San Francisco. Screen setup $30/color. If you are printing on dark garments then there is a $0.25/ea cost for flashing and often you need to have a white underbase, which makes a one color job on black like a two color job.

Printing prices are on the left and the bulk t shirts pricing are on the right. Add the printing prices to the shirt pricing to get your total per piece cost. You can mix and match sizes to make your total order (Min 3pc per Size/Color). Do not mix brands or it can slow down processing your order, but you can mix colors and sizes as long as the total quantity of shirts reaches the minimum for that level. $30 screen set-up cost for each color in a t-shirt design. Wholesale T-shirt Printing Prices, Explained - Just add the cost of the shirt!1) Shirt Level: First, Pick a level based on the estimated total quantity of shirts for your order by deciding on how many pieces you think you want to print? Then select the appropriate level for your job Levels (#0-10).2)Artwork: Determine the number of colors in your design. Each color requires a separate print and a screen. Find the printing cost based on the number of colors in your design. Each screen will cost $30 per color per print location for setup. We offer only the most popular, affordable and readily available products so that there are less complications on completing your order. 3)Quote: Add the cost of the shirts to the cost of the printing and your have your per piece quote. The lower prices are for white shirts and the higher prices are for color shirts. Usually black and other colors of shirts are $1 more per piece. You can mix and match shirt colors, sizes as long as they total the number for the level you picked. Mixing brands within an order can slow down the production as we will need to get the shirts from multiple warehouses. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the time we approve the artwork. The cart does not add screen cost or art fees, these are charged separately.Shirt payments are required on all jobs and at a minimum it will cover the shirts and setup cost, usually 70% of order. Shipping cost and time depends on your location. Sample approval can be done via email jpeg photo, digital mockup or hardcopy via mail. Artwork is prefered to be at the size that you want it printed and the maximum printable area is approx 10-11" wide by 12-14" high, but the standard print area is 10" wide X 12" high. |
