In an effort to improve transparency on ebay, as with questions and answers from potential bidders, I am posting the dialogue of the policies that this "Boycott eBay" t-shirt has violated on eBay.
REVISED CONTENT for this item Boycott eBay T-shirt: after receiving several cancellations from eBay for the content that was listed by describing this item, for providing links to information about the ebay boycott, as well as, my commentary as to why this shirt is for sale. As such, I have modified the offending descriptions so that this item can continue to be listed for sale on eBay. Here are the content violations to date:

Violation
The purpose of the eBay Web site is to enable members to buy and sell items from each other. Listings that don't offer an item for sale through the site, or that are designed for any other purpose, aren't permitted. In addition, sellers aren't permitted to state their personal opinions and views in their listings.
Other violation = Link Policy
The listing was removed because it violated the eBay Inappropriate Links policy. The violation occurred when you included the following information in your listing:
"News on the eBay Boycott." This was a link to news articles about this subject and the links purpose was to provide more information on the t-shirt I was offering for sale.
I don't expect anything else to change unless there are other policies that this item violates, I don't think ebay is considering my constitional right to free-speech as a policy that needs to be respected. We'll see, BID FREE OR DIE!
