This area is problematic for regular printing. Some companies use large screens and manually print large films from edge to edge on shirts. Other companies print before the garment is sewn, which is the best, but requires significant organization. Other companies use belt printing. I am currently organizing a list of sources to use for all-over printing on t-shirts, but currently don't offer this service unless the quantities are 1,000pcs or more.
